About the course

What is
this?

The course is built on the Embodiment Intelligence approach — a practice of body awareness and self-regulation. It's not stretching or meditation in the conventional sense.

We work with how your body reflects your emotions, patterns, and states — and how paying attention to the body can consciously shift those states.

The course begins when at least 10 people have signed up. Maximum 20. This allows for deep, safe work.

One online session per week, 1.5–2 hours. Recording saved — you can rewatch at any time.

Daily practice

Between sessions — practice. That's what cements the changes and makes the tools work in real life.
