What is
this?

The course is built on Embodiment Intelligence — a practice of body awareness and self-regulation. It's not about stretching or meditation in the conventional sense.

We work with how the body reflects your emotions, patterns and states — and how through attention to the body these states can be consciously changed.

The course starts when at least 10 people have signed up. Maximum 20. This allows for deep work in a safe space.

Recognise your patterns

Notice the body's automatic reactions — and understand where they come from. This is the first step toward conscious self-management.

Work with the body through embodiment

Practical models and tools you can use every day — not only during sessions, but in ordinary life.

Expand your body range

Develop the body's capacity for greater flexibility in responding — breaking out of habitual stress patterns and finding stability.

Read external signals

Pay attention to postures, gestures and movements — your own and others' — for a deeper understanding of emotions and states.

Personal map of
body reactions

At the end of the course each participant will create their own personal map of body reactions — a tool to use for life.

This is not just personal practice. Understanding embodiment is something you can pass on to your children and loved ones. A conscious relationship with the body transforms family life.

Format

How it

Weekly sessions

One online session per week, 1.5–2 hours. Recorded — you can rewatch at any time.

Self-practice

Between sessions — mandatory practice. This is what cements the changes and makes the tools work in real life.
