I help people notice their states, reactions and patterns — not through analysis, but through direct experience.

Embodiment is a practical tool for self-regulation. We look at how the body, emotions and thoughts are connected — and how that connection can be changed.

This is not therapy. It is a skill.

Yes. Embodiment is suitable for both beginners and those already practicing mindfulness. The free session is specifically designed to help you understand what this is and whether it suits you.
How do sessions work? +
Sessions are a conversation combined with body practices and directed attention. We explore what's happening in your body, emotions and thoughts — and work with it directly. There is no fixed script: each session responds to what is relevant for you.
Online or in person? +
Sessions are online, via video. Body work translates very well to online — you just need a quiet space where you can move freely.
