USAimmigration — the crisis that changed everything
My name is Masha. I'm passionate about embodiment practices — the connection between mind and body — and about awareness. I spent 15 years working in IT and management, running projects of varying complexity. My path toward studying the mind-body connection began about 7 years ago, when I was looking for ways to feel better and understand myself more deeply.
Immigration, a complete life change, world events — the stress just kept growing. I began exploring different practices: meditation, body therapy — to understand how the body affects emotions and thoughts, and why I couldn't shake the constant tension.
I studied with outstanding teachers who helped shape my approach: Mark Walsh (Embodied Facilitator Course), Mingyur Rinpoche (Tergar Joy of Living, levels 1–3), courses at The Embody Lab — studying trauma through 6 somatic approaches. Among the teachers: Bessel van der Kolk, Peter Levine, Gabor Maté, Pat Ogden.
I keep learning, deepening my knowledge of somatic approaches. This isn't a finished path — it's a living practice. That's exactly why working with me is different from working with a theorist.
