My
journey
I came to embodiment through my own life crisis. In search of answers I explored various approaches to body psychotherapy and eventually decided to study this field professionally.
I completed an introductory course in various somatic therapy methods, then chose the embodiment direction — and finished a program with Paul Linden and Mark Walsh. Today this is my primary tool.
Alongside this, I have practiced meditation and attention work for many years. These practices merged with my professional background: for over 15 years I worked as a leader and I deeply understand the internal and external crises people face in life and work.
Today I help people transform their relationship with their body and embodiment.
